September Newsletter Highlights
This month’s newsletter is filled with inspiring updates and upcoming opportunities to support and connect with Lady Veterans Connect (LVC).
A New Journey for Donielle – Our youngest resident at Anna’s House, Donielle (21), has embarked on a new chapter with AmeriCorps after overcoming challenges and thriving during her time with LVC.
Community Connections – We welcomed 24 local business leaders for a Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce meeting at Anna’s House, strengthening awareness of our mission.
Veterans Expo Success – Despite light turnout, our July 26 Veterans Expo at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College brought together vendors and organizations for networking, collaboration, and shared resources.
Volunteer Spotlight – Dr. Susan Hermes shared her time and expertise with LVC this summer, creating lasting connections and helping expand student service opportunities.
