Celebrating 2024: A Year of Impact for Lady Veterans Connect
As 2024 draws to a close, Lady Veterans Connect (LVC) reflects on a transformative year of service and community support. This year marked incredible strides in empowering female veterans, highlighted by heartfelt testimonials like Rhonda Moore’s story of hope and renewal after finding support at LVC.
A key highlight of December was a planning retreat for 2025, held on Pearl Harbor Day at Anna’s House, where volunteers and board members reviewed LVC’s accomplishments. These included impactful community cleanups and expanded outreach to address the unique challenges faced by women veterans. The retreat also featured a tribute to WWII veterans, reminding us of the sacrifices that continue to inspire our mission.
Looking ahead, LVC remains committed to fostering a space where women veterans are celebrated and supported, ensuring they are respected and recognized for their service.
We look forward to starting the New Year with a greater vision for change, impact, and community connections.
