EmpowerHER 2026: Becoming Retreat

“A Journey to Becoming Present & Staying True to Ourselves”

This August, join Lady Veterans Connect and Olive Branch Wellness for a transformative weekend created specifically for women veterans and women service members seeking connection, healing, restoration, and personal growth.

The EmpowerHER: Becoming Retreat will take place August 28–30, 2026, at 11400 Irvine Road, Winchester, KY 40391. Centered around the theme of Becoming, this immersive retreat is designed to encourage attendees to reconnect with themselves, embrace authenticity, and cultivate presence in a supportive community environment.

Guided by the tagline, “A Journey to Becoming Present & Staying True to Ourselves,” the retreat focuses on creating intentional space for women who have served to pause from the demands of everyday life and invest in their own well-being through mindfulness, creativity, sound healing, and meaningful connection.

Throughout the weekend, participants will experience a variety of engaging and restorative activities, including:

• Sound bath experiences with Amy

• Sound healing with handpans led by Pete

• Mocktails & Paint with Kim

• Art Flow and Sound sessions with Sharon & Kim

• Returning speakers Tori & Sharon

• Opportunities for reflection, empowerment, and connection with fellow women veterans and service members

To help attendees fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience, sleep arrangements are provided, along with food and drinks throughout the weekend.
